It is your responsibility to check each shipment at time of arrival for accuracy and damage. Any discrepancy should be reported to Direct RV Parts immediately.

If we have shipped the wrong item, we will, at our expense, ship you the proper item and arrange to have the wrong one picked up. We do ask that you repackage the item in a manner that will allow it to be received in a salable condition.
If you have ordered the wrong item, we will determine if the item is a standard item or special order.Standard items can be returned subject to manufacture specific terms.

Special order items may not be returned.

SHC Policy

Shipping, Handling, and Crating (SHC) charges are always the responsibility of the customer. You may see a second charge on your credit card when these charges are determined at time of shipping. If you pay by check, an estimated charge will be assessed and a refund will be issued when the actual charge is determined.

Damaged Goods

Since damage claim procedures vary from one carrier to another, it is imperative that you contact Direct RV Parts right away so we can take proper steps to replace your damaged part and have the damaged part picked up. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier and to inspect all shipments at time of delivery before signing your Bill of Lading. Open all boxes and inspect for shipping damage. Make note of any shipping damages on your Bill of Lading when you sign it. The Bill of lading is your claim evidence and the delivery driver is your witness. Support your claim to the carrier with photos when applicable.

Billing

All replacement shipments will be invoiced as an original shipment. Credit for returned merchandise, for any reason, is subject to our standing refund policies.

Refund Policy

You are required to contact Direct RV Parts for authorization prior to returning any parts.

All refunds for returned parts is subject to our inspection upon arrival back to Direct RV Parts. All parts must be received in a salable condition for a refund to be issued.

Upon inspection approval, a check will be issued and mailed to you.

For Direct RV Parts error shipments, within 30 days after the issue date of an unused credit memo, a refund will be issued back to your credit card or a refund check will be sent dependent on your original form of payment.

For Customer convenience returns, within 60 days after the issue date of an unused credit memo, a refund check will be issued and mailed to you and the credit memo canceled. All convenience returns are manufacture specific and subject to their terms, conditions and restocking fees. Note: Some manufactures may not allow for such returns. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us for customer convenience refunds. No exchanges or refunds will be granted after 30 days.

Payment Methods

All orders are confirmed via email. Financial transactions are conducted via phone for security reasons and paid via credit or debit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Cards and American Express. Direct RV Parts will also accept certified checks, money orders, and approved company checks sent prior to the shipment of your order. Company checks will be held to allow for clearing prior to shipment. Any returned checks will be charged a $25.00 NSF charge.

All customer information is considered confidential. Direct RV Parts, does not sell customer information.
